Year Round Custom Poultry Processing

All processing, be it for chickens or turkeys, is done by APPOINTMENT ONLY

(processing for pheasants and guinea hens is available by special request)

(at this time we do not process waterfowl (ie: ducks and geese))

We require advanced notice and appointments so that each customer will receive the attention they deserve. This is also to ensure that we have adequate space, manpower and facilities to handle each order to completion as well as to our standards.  Drop off to pick up is generally 1-3 days depending on volume, location and individual needs of the client.

All orders are done to the strict custom specifications and standards that we have developed over the last 25-plus years of dealing with and processing poultry.  We will need to review your orders with you to determine your specific needs and pricing.  Things like if you want your birds frozen, if you want giblets, how you want any damaged or diseased birds handled are specific for each customer.  If during processing we do find any of your birds diseased or damaged they will not be processed through to order/serve.  These birds will be held aside (as per the customer's wishes) and either disposed of by the farm, or packaged to the side for your review. 

Our goal and our focus is to provide QUALITY custom poultry processing to our customer.  If at any time a client is unsatisfied with our processing we will do our best to work with you to ensure that ALL standards are met.  We are also happy to give referrals to either of the next two closest processing centers in the unlikely event that a client remains unsatisfied.  We take great pride in our work, and with our years of experience processing we believe that we are able to provide some of the best custom poultry processing in the area.

Chicken and Turkey Processing:

Processing dates and times book up very quickly and we are often booked out 4-6 weeks in advance.  To ensure that we can provide all clients with the highest quality service we recommend that you call as early as possible to schedule, but a MINIMUM of four weeks in advance, especially during the summer season.

When you call we will need to know how many birds you plan to bring and how you would like them: Whole or Cut Up.  All requests for cut up birds are taken during the intake/scheduling phone call.  Scheduling and staffing for the day is done based upon the expected work load for the number of birds scheduled therefore we cannot accommodate cut up requests at drop off.  If you decide you would like birds cut up, or more birds cut up, after scheduling  we require at least TWO WEEKS notice prior to your drop off date to make any changes.  While we do our best to accommodate our clients needs we ask that you understand that scheduling, especially during the spring and summer, can be extremely tight.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

The two weeks prior to Thanksgiving are reserved specifically for the processing of Holiday Turkeys.  If you know you will be raising birds for the holiday we recommend scheduling your processing date 6 to 8 weeks in advance.  Deposits are more likely to be required during this season due to the high volume of processing.  Deposits will be discussed and detailed prior to scheduling.
