“My husband and I have been raising meat birds for about 8 years. We have always processed them ourselves and it is a painstaking process. This season we just couldn't get to them, so I called Hibernia Farm. They were so accommodating and helpful. When I picked up my finished birds we immediately decided that we will never process ourselves again. The finished product was meticulous and so reasonably priced!! We are thrilled and highly recommend them to anyone, we will certainly use their services again!"
